Is AI coin season back? Plus, Time.fun launches livestreaming and more.

AI tokens rebound as Solana traders shelve war meta
Traders are rotating out of war-themed coins and back into AI tokens as Iran–Israel tensions cool.
Believe.app’s rise has helped fuel a new wave of AI utility launches on Solana.
Top-performing tokens include NEXUS, ACID, and LORIA, with some reaching multi-million dollar caps.

Solana’s artificial intelligence token trend is regaining momentum following a brief but intense period of war-themed coin speculation, as geopolitical tensions between Iran, Israel, and the United States begin to ease.
Traders are rotating back into AI-themed tokens following a lull in the war coin narrative that dominated Solana markets over the past week.
The shift comes as a fragile ceasefire between Iran and Israel appears to be holding, easing fears of further U.S. military escalation after President Donald Trump confirmed airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites on June 21.
The AI token resurgence marks the first major revival of the narrative since its late 2024 peak, when a wave of agentic memecoins — including Goatseus Maximus (GOAT), zerebro (ZEREBRO), and Fartcoin (Fartcoin) — collectively surpassed $3 billion in market capitalization.

Utility coins lead charge on Believe
While the earlier cycle was largely driven by irony-laced lore and experimental AI personas, current runners appear to reflect growing interest in tokens promising functional utility
Leading the latest AI surge is NEXUS (NEXUS), a decentralized science platform launched June 23 via Believe.app, a Solana-native token launchpad. Marketed as a hybrid of GitHub, Reddit, and Ethereum for research communities, the token reached a nearly $3 million market cap within 24 hours of launch.
Other projects posting gains include Acid AI (ACID), a browser extension for AI-assisted natural language navigation, which hit $14 million shortly after launching on Pump.fun.
Meanwhile, New Truth Terminal (LORIA), a lore-linked memecoin associated with GOAT’s Infinite Backrooms ecosystem, crested $500,000 after laying dormant since late last year.

Several newer utility tokens have also attracted attention in recent days. These include i’m here (xymint), focused on airdrop analytics and first sentient cryptocurrency (Aria_AI), another Infinite Backrooms-related memecoin.
The resurgence has been partially fueled by Believe.app, which launched in late April and has helped revive activity across Solana’s memecoin ecosystem.
The platform allows users to launch tokens tied to startup concepts and has been credited with reviving the Internet Capital Markets (ICM) narrative.
Believe’s flagship token, Launch Coin on Believe (LAUNCHCOIN), has reached a market cap of approximately $170 million, while other affiliated projects — including Dupe (DUPE), a shopping comparison engine — have also performed strongly.
The original AI memecoin boom in Q4 2024 was driven by agentic AI chatbots such as ZEREBRO. Other popular tokens referenced Infinite Backrooms, a server where unlocked AI agents interact freely.
While the current rotation appears more utility-focused, some tokens still reference backrooms-era projects and share overlapping communities.
If the ceasefire between Iran and Israel holds and the broader macro environment stabilizes, AI utility tokens may continue to outperform. However, further geopolitical escalation could prompt another shift back into conflict-themed assets.
